By registering for the BlazeSports Run, Roll & Row 5K, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Waiver and Release of Liability
I agree not to sue and hereby release, hold harmless, and forever discharge BlazeSports America, Inc., all event co-sponsors, their officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and other participants (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or property damage I may suffer as a result of participation in the 5K, including travel to and from the event, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise.

2. Medical Consent
I authorize the administration of first aid and emergency medical treatment if needed during the event. I assume full financial responsibility for any resulting medical costs. I understand that participants are responsible for their own medical insurance and that BlazeSports America does not provide such coverage.

3. Publicity Release
I voluntarily and without compensation authorize BlazeSports America and event sponsors to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me during the event. I grant permission for these materials to be used in promotional materials, publications, broadcasts, and online platforms to promote BlazeSports America and its mission.

4. Acknowledgment of Understanding
This agreement is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I understand that by signing this waiver, I am giving up substantial legal rights and do so voluntarily.

5. Communication Consent
By registering for this event, I agree to receive email updates and communications from BlazeSports America.

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
